How it works

Each day there is a hidden phrase, and a clue you can see. Every word of the clue is the opposite of the word in the same position in the phrase. Work out the phrase.

Examples

  1. They pillaged that village off paper, not stand answer: We built this city on rock and roll

    We/they, built/pillaged, this/that, city/village, on/off, rock/paper, and/not, roll/stand.

  2. You hate me answer: I love you

    I/you, love/hate, you/me: even the pronouns flip.

  3. Then and always answer: Now or never

    Now/then, or/and, never/always.
